UNLIMITED WASH CLUBS

How do I sign up for Unlimited Wash Club?
Sign up is easy, pull up to either our self service kiosk station or our attended lane and select the wash level you want and pay with a credit or debit card.

How do I pay for my Red Carpet Unlimited Wash Club Plan?
The credit or debit card used when you join the Unlimited Wash Club will be charged monthly on the anniversary date. Each membership is per vehicle and cannot be shared.

How often can I wash my vehicle?
As often as you like!

Where can I use my Unlimited Wash Club plan?
Memberships are usable at both Red Carpet locations.  For convenience our Full Service memberships may use our Ride-Thru Express lane at our Manhattan Beach location to receive the equivalent Express level wash as their Full Service Membership.  Express Unlimited members must use the Ride-Thru lane designated for their car washing needs.

How do I discontinue my Unlimited Wash Club membership?
You can discontinue your plan on location with any attendant. There is no contract or obligation and you can discontinue at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.  Discontinuations cannot be processed online or via email contact.

Can my Unlimited Wash Club Plan be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited Wash Club Plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle or license plate, please visit our attendant to get your club information updated.

Do you offer memberships for commercial vehicles?
Yes!  We welcome commercial vehicles drivers and offer 2 membership levels for Uber, Lyft and other commercial vehicles.  Just let our attendant on site know and they will get you signed up.

How do you track my membership?
Every member is tracked by license plate and we will automatically identify you as an Unlimited Member when you arrive.

What if I get a new credit card?
You can talk with an attendant on location to update your membership information so that you can maintain your club benefits.

UNLIMITED MANAGEMENT

How long does it take for my plan to be discontinued?
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you discontinue, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited Wash Club member. Simply visit us and we can re-enroll you.

THE IN CROWD TEXT PROGRAM

How do I enroll in The In Crowd Text Club?
Enrollment is simple, text the word “WASH” to 411669 to enter and follow the link sent to your phone for confirmation to finalize your enrollment.

How do I receive my Free Wash?
When you complete enrollment you will enter your information into our automated system.  Within 72 hours you will receive a text message with a code that is valid for your Free Wash, simply bring your phone with you to the car wash and have our attendant scan the code to wash free that visit.

How often should I expect to receive texts?
The In Crowd Text Club is not used to collect or sell your information, you will only receive periodic texts from Red Carpet Car Wash regarding weekly specials and holiday deals.  You will be contacted no more than once per week from our system.

Can I opt out of the text program?
If you text “HELP” to 411669 you will receive a list of instructions to end your membership.
